Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Dear Sir,
I am going through a divorce for 3 years now. I just found out my lawyer moved from PA to WA. She has not contacted me in a year. She has no desire to finish my divorce. I have $3000 invested in her.
What do I do?

Hire a new lawyer. We can either get the file from her and the balance of any retainer and/or advise her that you will contact the Disciplinary Board and file a complaint which will follow her in WA. We can at least pick up from where she left off to get things moving quickly.
