Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

defending against a Protection from abuse order

I have been served with a temporary restraining order. The case is unfounded. How can I possibly defend myself and prevent the order from becoming final. I still care about her very much and found out she is like this when she doesn't get her way.

PFA orders are serious business. If at all possible get an attorney. Trying to defend yourself is hard enough but most PFA hearings aren't long so you have to know what you need to prove.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
