Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
what defines a PFA violation?
I have a PFA (protection from abuse order)against my sister and she lives across the street. We share the same landlord and since the order she has made it impossible for me to stay where i am without harrasment. Can i have her evicted from the house across the street with the PFA or will i have to move? Is her living there a violation of the PFA?

Re: what defines a PFA violation?
If you have a general PFA, it should prevent your sister from having any contact with you. This would include using third parties to harass you. YOu probably cannot get her evicted unless she is living with you. However, you do have remedies, i.e. having her charged with contempt for violating the PFA.
