Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Being a deployed soldier to iraq can i serve my wife divorce paperwork? If so does she have the ability to not sign them and post pone everything till i get back to make me continue to pay for everything? Any and all information that can be given would be appreicated. We have been married a hair over 1 year and have no children most of the debt is in both our names and she only works part time making around 600 - 800 a month. I am a e5 and have 10 months left in iraq..

Assuming she isn't a deployed soldier you can do that. It will be easier if you have an Agent who holds a Power of Attorney for you here in the US. I doubt mail to Iraq is fast or cheap.
