Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

What did the mentally ill person sign? When did he or she sign? Has the divorce been granted yet? I do not know where the person is in Pennsylvania. If the person cannot understand that divorce papers were being signed, I question whether this person is able to conduct their affairs and whether he or she may need a legal guardian. The guardian and the person who signed should consult with a family law attorney immediately to see if a motion can be filed to rescind any marital property/child custody/support agreements which were unfavorable.
