Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I am my disabled brothers primary caregiver since his guardian passed away six months ago or so, in that time I paid out of pocket for all his needs, and since he has new third party payee they refuse to reimburse me the money I spent on him, can I sue my brother for caregiver wages? they expect me to care for him 24/7 and have full time job so I can pay half the bills which are only two bills

This is Pennsylvania you can sue ust about anybody for anything. That said getting you paid is one problem going forward why are you on the hook as the caregiver while somebody else get to be third party payee. even if you get paid how ae you going to keep getting paid.
Sadl I don't have enough information to answer htat question. You probably should talk to a lawyer. I give free consultations so call me up.
