Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

after discovery, hidden assets found.

I am going through a divorce, I recieved a copy of my husbands will through his attorney, yet the will was incomplete. Someone removed imperative information about his ownership of a business, properties and such. I also found that he is 1/3rd owner of properties found in his deceased father's name and the family has kept the property in the father's name. The father also somehow put the grandfather's name on the tax papers, so they have been paying taxes in the deceased grandfathers name since 1993. His father's will states that he is 1/3rd owner of his father's estate absolutely. Discovery is over now,and I have found these hidden properties. What legally needs to be done to charge him with these illegal actions?

Re: after discovery, hidden assets found.

You need him to testify under oath. If he lies you have evidence of perjury if he tells the truth you get extra support for your contentions.
