Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

division of property

me and my ex got divorced, the arrangement with had with the property we owned was that whenever she sold it the proceedes would go to the kids education. but now she is relocating to another state and her lawyer said that she can keep the proceeds to purchase another property .

can you tell me if she can do that.also she allready bought another property with her own money.

If there is an agreement, the agreement will govern. Therefore, the only way to determine whether she is correct is to review the agreement.
