Divivision of home purchased 1 year prior to marraige
If my husband purchased our home 1 yr prior to marraige and kept only his name on it, how is that divided? We lived together for several years and werer married for 17 years. It does not seem fair that now i get so little. Thanks.S.S.

You would be entitled to at least the increase in value of the property since you were married, which would be significant in light of your long marriage. Please call for 1/2 hour consult for more information. I have several office locations.
