My exhusband died, can I get part of his pesion. He remarried and died. We were married for 10 years.

At the time you were divorced, were you awarded any interests in his pension? Did he have survivor benefits that were awarded or in which you were designated as beneficary? If not his present wife most likely is his beneficiary or has survior rights. If you are single and qualify for social security you can claim under your ex husband's social security since you were a spouse for ten years. If the amount of social security beneits would be higher then under your own account. However if you are married or subsequently marry then this would end.
