Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I assume you had attorneys involved in your divorce. I assume you had either a property settlement agreement or a court order from a Master or a Judge. Usually the agreement or Order would provide that the parties are living separate and apart or one is to vacate the premises etc. If this stated in an agreement or Order then you must enforce the agreement by going to court. If the divorce was silent about this then you have issues. Contact an attorney to resolve this issue.
