Divorce adn Children (Custody)

My husband saiys he'll never sign divorce papers. Can I get one anyway if I prove his drinking is why I want a divorce?

There are 2 way to get a divorce without his signature.

1) by 2 years separation

2) By filing a fault based ground and proving those ground in court.

Yes you can get a divorce. It may be easier and less expensive to live separate and apart for two years in order to get the divorce.
