Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
divorce documents needed
I filed for divorce over two years ago. I would now like to request the judge to sign my divorce papers. What additional forms do I need to accomplish this? The PSA is not a factor, I just want the divorce to go through.

Re: divorce documents needed
If you filed for two year separation you must have lived separate and apart for two years. You must serve a 3301(d) affidavit on your spouse. If you filed for 3301(c) mutual consetn you bith must sign consents. Therer are other papers and notices which are required. If you have an attorney he or she should known what to do. If you dod not have an attorney you will have to read the procedurial rules of the divorce code and comply with any local rules if applicable. You probably would have better sucess retaining an attorney.
