Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
name use after divorce
Can an ex-husband legally object to his ex-wife's use of his name for a child which is not his and was born after the divorce was final? The wife has since remarried (also not the father of the child in question) and has stated she intends to give any children of that marriage a hyphenated name-his name-new husband's name, can he also object legally to this?
