what does no fault divorce mean?

Under Pennsylvania Law there are several grounds you can cite to get a divorce. They tend to be grouped as fault based grounds i.e. Adultery, Indignities, etc. or no fault grounds i.e. Consent or two years separation.
In Pennsylvania divorce records are by default open, that is anybody can go look up your divorce case and see the filings for the case.
