I filed for a no fault divorce my husband signed the papers on Dec7,2006 after the 90 days he is refusiing to sign the final document do I have any options besides waiting the 2 years we have been seperated for 6 months prior to that we lived in the same house for several years but not as husband and wife I had a business there and just could not leave for several years

You would need to amend your complaint among other things to changes the grounds and claim a different separation date. You could claim an earlier date of separation if 1) you did NOT cohabitate with your husband and 2) one of you stated the marriage was irretrievably broken.
To do all this is going to be a little more complicated than the original filing.
