Divorce

If I have filed for divorce in 9/2007 and i can not find my husband to serve him the papers. How can I proceed with getting a divorce.

there are procedural provisions of the divorce code that may allow you to get a special order for service. i'm sure your attorney knows about this. If you do not have an attorney you should consult with one.
