Divorce

I have filed for divorce 3 years ago. shortly after she came down with hepatitis c. the divorce was put on hold. thats were we are at right now, is it possible to proceed,because its been more than 2 years. i dont know the status of her health right now , we dont communicate, except when its my share of cost.

There is no impediment to the divorce due to one party's ailment. There are rules for moving a case forward, and an attorney can advise you regaridng that.

Based on the information you provided, I do not see why you cannont proceed with the divorce. Certainly, you can get the 2 year grounds for the divorce approved, and then move forward on any other issues, such as property distribution. Please cotnact me if you would like to further discuss.
