When finalizing my divorce i let my wife keep her vehicle and home bought just before our seperation. Both loans are in my name and now she hasn't paid anything in over months. She over two thousand dollars on the vehicle and three on the home. I have it in the divorce agreement that she is financially responsible for both but now this is effecting my credit. I'm not sure what too do. Can i retrive the vehicle? Can i sell the home?

A lot will depend on what the agreement says about her actions. First, place to start is with the attorney that represented you.
There are probably remedies in the agreement itself. So without being able to see the agreement I can NOT say what you can or cannot do about what your ex-wife has done.
