Re: Getting a divorce

Some companies sell Divorce Forms online and I think there are even some that sell them here. But there are lawfirms that also handle divorces at very low rates if the divorces are simple uncontested matters. It is better to use one of the lawfirms for the minimal extra expenditure even if it is uncontested if for no other reason than to be advised of what may be the consequences of filing as a simple uncontested divorce.

Re: Getting a divorce

Every case is different and depends on various factors. However if both parties agree to a divorce you have very little property or assets and have diveded it to your satisfaction in an agreeable manner, preferably with a property settlement agreement, then the divorce may be more reasonable. if child support or custody issues are involved this may complicate the matter unless you both can reach amicable agreements on these issues. Of course there is always the possibility you can attempt to do the divorce without benefit of counsel. I do not recommend you proceed without counsel. It would be best to consult with an attorney such as myself to get a quoteas to your particular situation
