Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If a divorce is granted in the State of Pennsylvania due to unretrievable breakdown of marriage (spouses have been separated for at least 2 years) and the filing spouse never filed any claims for marital assets (no marital settlement agreement), can that filing spouse later make any claims for marital assets after the divorce has been finalized?

The short answer is NO. Go back and read the filings it warns you once the divorce has been granted you can't go back to settle economic claims unless the divorce was bifurcated.
