Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
After my divorce, i got the house in the settlement with the stipulation i have my ex-husbands name removed from the Mortgage. I was told I had to have a new deed, to make this happen. After the divorce, i really do not have the funds to do this. Is there any other way to make this happen?

You need to re-finance the home solely in your name and get his name off the deed as well. the other option is to sell the home. There is no other way.
