after me and hubby were married for 8 months his name was put on the title to the house for 50%. he has kicked me out once, but we reconcilled, now he is talking again i can move out, my dad says house would be 25% mine as it was after we were married house went in his name.... is that true ? and can he kick me out? as i dont want to move and have my kids be relocated and having to switch schools again.... so how do i protect myself and my interests? and what do in case he calls the cops to kick me out?

I do not quite understand all the facts as indicated in your post. Was the house owned 100% in your name alone prior to marriage? Did yoiu then execute a deed giving the husband 50% ownership (I assume the deed says as tenants by the entireties)? Is there a mortgage? How long has it been since the transfer was made to your husband? I suggest you consult with an attorney to discuss these issues. One spouse cannot simply kick one out of the marital house.
