I want divorce with my husband, but i don' know where should I file it, and I need lawyer to represent and I have no idea how the procedure about divorce.

The obvious place at least to a lawyer is the county where you both live.

Its obvious because the court need to have subject matter jurisdiction. This means you need to go to the count court house. The court also needs personal jurisdiction that why generally its in the county you resides.

As to finding a lawyer. A good place to start is with the lawyer referral service of you local bar association.
