can my husband take my small business and all of it's contents away from me? I live on the money from it. He has a better job than i do and makes more money. Does he still have to pay spousal support and child support? i work 6 months of the year at my business. i raise cattle as part of my business too, can he take half of them too?

No he can't. That said if he has an attorney and you don't you are at a disadvantage.

Child support is something he has to pay. Spousal support is possible though asking for APL would be better.
