Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my husband wanted adivorce, went as far as to put our home up for sale & tell me I had to be out by Oct.1. Now he changed his mind, I DID NOT! He said if the house don't sell, he's keeping it, & not going to relist it. I want to sell....I want adivorce. What do I do now?
