Under a consent divorce you have to wait 90 from the date of filing before you can file the affidavits of consent. After the 90 day waiting period it could take as little as a week depending how fast you can get the paperwork filed.

You give no facts that you could not leave today if you wanted. The only thing that might hold you back are child custody issues.
