Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorce loopholes...

I'm a screenwriter working on a movie of the week for the Lifetime channel. I'm having trouble finding a response to the following question:

In a divorce, are there any conditions in which a wife of ten years would ''not'' be entitled to her half of the assets or alimony payments?

For instance, if she was charged with a felony, and possibly be sent to prison, what would happen to her marital rights following the husband's initiation of a divorce?

Thanks for you time.
