I have been married for 12 years and we own a house but its under my name, I don't work but I am looking for a job and I am also studying, if I get e divorce will he have to pay the bills until I get a job what do I get in this divorce???

If your husband leaves and you remain in the house, you are responsible for its bills, i.e. mortgage. In that event, I would recommend that you immediately consult an attorney and file for spousal support to assit in in paying the bills.

Your facts are insufficient to give you an anaswer here. certainly the income your husband is earning and your income is relevant. The fact the house is under your name does not give you any advantage if it was acquired during the marriage.
