Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am going through a divorce in Pa. I was thrown out of my husbands family home and just recieved a email stating he will not pay my storage bill for my belongings. I never put the stuff in storage he did, what are my rights? all property is property I owned prior to the marriage. Non marital property. Is there a way i can get him to bring the belonging back to me considering he was the one who came here to retrieve the property in the first place?

Where's your divorce attorney? To be thrown out of the marital home requires a court order. Further if there was an order it should have addressed what happens to your property. I'm curious why that wasn't done.

I don't believe any attorney is going to be able to answer your question as presented.

That said my initial consultations are free. So you can call me and perhaps I can give you some direction.
