my wife filed for no-fault.

is it possiable to counter-file for desertion, mental cruelty.... there is a friend that will give a deposition.

A responsive pleading to a Divorce Complaint that uses either Consent or Separation as the sole grounds is not permissible.

If you wish to raise fault grounds you would have to raise it as a new matter.

My question is why you would want to go to the expense of raising these issues?
