Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorce papers notarized

In the state of Pa. When you are filing your own no fault divorce papers with the court of prothanatory, do you have to get the divorce complaint notarized before you take it into the court of prothanatory to have if filed?

Or do you file with the court then take the papers to be notarized?

Re: Divorce papers notarized

The verification to the complaint is the only paper that might need notarization. You need it notarized before filing.
