Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

In our divorce my ex was to pay 400 dollars everyother week and about 3 1/2 years ago stopped he and his wife have payed a few payments over the past few years about $2000 in total. My son is now 18 is there any way to collect the back child support?

If there is a court order child support order as per the agreement then there is arrearages that can be collected through the courts. If the support obligation was not entered as a child support order but the property settlement agreement was incorporated with the divorce you can bring an action in court.
