How is is possible to get a divorce in phila pa if I cannot locate my estranged spouse after 5 years of attempting. he has been in and out of jail but each time I find out he has already been released. I don't have money and have to do it the most inexpensive way but feel necessary to be divorced after 5 years

It may be difficult without an attorney as you must make an effort to serve him. He can be served in prison if not in prison you must make a serach to find a last address to serve him service can also be made by publication in approrpriate cases. I would advise you to use an attorney as it is difficult to do it yourself especially under these circumstances.
