When husband and wife live in husband's parents' second home during the marriage, is the wife entitled to equity or increased value of home when the deed is ONLY in the husband's parents' names? The wife NEVER worked and never put any money into the home and home is not in her name or the husband's

Marital property is defined as property acquired from the date of marriage to the date of separation. As this property is in neither spouse's name, they do not have a legal claim to it. However, was money put down on the house or some other contribution of significant value which would possilby create an equitable interest? That would be hard for your wife to prove and the law is on your side.
