i got a divorce in 2004. In 1998 we purchased a house together on land contract for 15 years the house will be paid in full in 2013. when she left we did not discuss anthing about the house and there is nothing in our divorce decree about the house. Now she decided that she wants her share of the house. what if anything is she entitled to.

Who is listed as owner on the deed? If you alone, you may have an argument that she waived any interest in the property by not making an equitable distribution claim in the divorce. She might try to bring a civil suit to sell the house, but you might be able to defend on the basis of the divorce proceedings (or lack thereof).
