divorce rights for women

I've been married for one year. husband filed for divorce with his parents behind my back first of this month. do I have any rights? Lived with him total 16 months. I don't want the house. have 2 little girls (his step-children), he has americal funds he puts into every month also.I don't really want the divorce, He states he can't be married women are too emotional.
