Get a divorce after being separated 9/10 years

How can I get a divorce after being separated for 9/10 years without the other parties consent or signature?

You don't need their consent as Section 3301 (d) of the divorce code allows you to proceed in divorce after a two year seperation. You do howver have to be able to serve the complaint. I offer freee consultations.
