Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorce

just seperated from husband. He is trying to say that I have a serious drug problem. Tried once in past and didn't like it. not done since. Says can take son who is 15. also saying that he has people who will say I do it, but no proof like positive drug tests or problems at work etc. Do I have reason to worry? what can I do to counter act these statements.

You will need some evidence on your side to counteract his evidence, such as your own witnesses, drug tests showing that you are clean, etc. You need to consult with a lawyer to go over all the facts, especially if you are considering a divorce or if your husband attempts to get custody.
