Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorce

I've been seperated for three years now. My wife and I lived in Pittsburgh Pa. We now live in diffrent states. She in Georgia, Myself in Massachusetts. Do I need to file for divorce in Pennsylvania? Or can It be done from here in Massachusetts? I have her address and phone number. We have no joint property and no children.

You can file in MA. After she has received the summons, you can also file a motion with the judge to waive her presence at the divorce hearing. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
