i been seprated from my wife for 13 years i would like to get a divorce but i dont want her to know where i reside i have not talked to her in 13 years how can i get a divorce with out her knowing where i reside

Absent a PFA against your wife I see no reason why your address would have to be confidential. I suppose you could use a PO BOX. After 13 years one would hope the emotions would have cooled off.
