Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

divorce settlement

My sister and her husband are getting a divorce. After taxes his income is over $350,000. The settlement offered my sister $100, 000 and a small retirement fund. There is alimony, but I believe my brother-in-law will sell his dental practice soon after the divorce is final. My sister's name is still on the deed of the house. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Re: divorce settlement

More information is need, ie. value of marital residence, retiremeent fund, wife's income, etc. However, his business may also be a marital asset that should have been appraised. I would need more information to discuss properly. Please contact if interested.
