Hello sir,

I have been married 3yrs ago in India and we got a baby girl and she is 2 now. Since ten months we have been here in USA. My wife is a nurse working in NY and I work in a restaurant we are permanent resident now .Due to different opinions right from the beginning I just walked away from her now and I live in PA. In the beginning our kid was with us .Last 6 months back she dropped the baby to their parents in India .so I am planning to divorce her and how long the process takes?

And how about my child custody ?She and her parents are not giving any priority to me in the child issue? And what is my rights and claim regarding baby I need my baby? Advice me to proceed.

To gain custody you need to go to court and ask the court to award you custody. You should do this as soon as possible. I offer free consultations.
