I Have a 7 year old son and 3 buisness with my Husband! I need to know the steps about getting out of this marrage, that my husband will not work on with me?

I would recommend that you protect yourself by ensuring that you have records for any and all marital assets and debts, including the businesses, such as tax records, bank statements, etc.

If you are still living together, or are separated, you can start by having a divorce complaint filed and served. You may need to take certain steps to protect your assets.
