Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

divorce

Two years ago this coming September my wife filed for divorce. I was told that this after two years the divorce could be final even if the monitary settlement was not reached. Is this true. Is it possible for her to keep the divorce from going through?

Re: divorce

That's not quite accurate. She can get the divorce but you have the right to make economic claims as part of the process.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me, the initial consultation is free.
