Divorce/Annulment
I married in 2001 in New York Sity e moved to Pennsylvania in 2002 We have since separated [2006] I found out that my husband married me under another name It was not his legal name. I want to know if I can get this marriage annulled and do I need his consent to dissolve this marriage

The fact he used a false name doesn't necessarily mean you can get an annulment. It might if under his real name he was married to someone else.
Whether you dissolve the marriage by divorce or annulment he can oppose it.

I'm not sure. I think it depends on why he was using another name. If it was so that you didn't know about something in his past, it may be a voidable marriage subject to annulment under the following:
"(5) Where one party was induced to enter into the marriage due to fraud, duress, coercion or force attributable to the other party and there has been no subsequent voluntary cohabitation after knowledge of the fraud or release from the effects of fraud, duress, coercion or force."
