Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorced. Live in the same house the house is on my name and my daughter name. He pays only utility bills. Is he allowed to have art of my house or part of my money? How to separate from him, if he does not want go?

your situation is somewhat complex because you are still living in the same household. for purposes of divorce and in some cases support spouses can be separated and living in the same household. the best advice at this point on your sketchy facts is to consult with legal counsel as to how the facts apply to your situation and as to the proper course of action.

If you are already divorced, you can simply evict him. Technically, you should follow a notice to quit procedure.
