Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I was divorced a few years ago in Pennsylvania. Currently I am remarried and live in Maine. I need to seek a divorce lawyer regarding legal advice about the old house which is located in PA and remains shared financially between my ex-wife and myself. Does it matter if I use a divorce lawyer in Maine or should I use one in PA?

Note I am not looking for an answer on the below information. Its just to give a better idea of my situation and to help determine which state is best for me to choose a lawyer to discuss in detail and see what options are available.

In short summary the primary legal consultation I am seeking help for will be when my ex-wife and I divorced I agreed in the divorce papers to let her live in our old house so as long as she continues to pay the mortgage. She has for the most part. Every so often I need to help pay the mortgage and she notifies me when she cannot. She tried to refinance the house solely into her name and the bank turned her down. The house has been for sale for a second year now and she no longer can comfortably afford it and wants to move. I understand the mortgage needs to be paid regardless. Id like to take full responsibility and ownership (I am able to financially) but I am not really sure the legal options for the situation.

Thank you much for your time.
