Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have been divorced for 2 years. We had an uncontested divorce and no legal agreements. I gave him the house and half the stuff in it, he also was paying $200 a month on the credit card he helped run up. Now that he is done with his payment ( we agreed to 2 years of payments) he still has not taken my name off of the house. Which in turn has taken my credit score down and I had to get my dad to co-sing a car loan for me since it shows the mortgage payment on my credit and my debt to income ratio did not allow me to get the loan on my own. My name being on the house is hurting me but doing nothing to him. I feel as though I am losing out. Is it legal for me to ask him to buy me out of the house, even though he paid on the credit card and we had no legal agreements>?

You're going to have to go to court and file a civil partition action. This should have been resolved through the divorce.
