Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my ex and i have been divorced for two years. we have a verbal agreement on visitation ,she has physical custody. i do pay support for my daughter .my ex is planning to move out of state and has not even told me . i found out from someone else what can i do to stop this what if she crosses state lines is there anything i can do?

File for custody--a lawyer would be essential. Something could hopefully be worked out amicably. They have mediation and conference officers in advance of a court hearing.

I think think this is Northampton County? I do go there.
